Xstreco's Board of Directors recognizes its responsibility for the company's Sustainable Development Policy and Framework and ensures that sustainability principles are integrated into all levels of decision making, from Board meetings to day-to-day operations.

As a responsible corporate citizen, Xstreco is committed to developing solutions with environmental benefits and shared value for society. The Sustainable Development Policy and Framework guide the company in promoting sustainable development and integrating economic, social and environmental aspects into its business operations.Various committees, including the Executive Committee and the HSEC Committee, assist the Board in fulfilling its responsibilities.

A team of auditors ensures compliance with the business principles and the Group's Sustainable Development Policy and Standards, and third-party audits are conducted to ensure the safety and integrity of each operation.Xstreco's Sustainable Development Framework (SDF) provides guidance for implementing, reviewing and improving sustainability management throughout the organization. The SDF has three pillars:

and is reviewed every five years to ensure relevance and adherence to current standards.

Xstreco is committed to working with partners and suppliers to promote sustainable development practices and adheres to international standards such as ISO 31000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 1800, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the UN Declaration of Human Rights, the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights, the ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles and the UN Global Compact.
